Pricing Structure
Please see the table below for our weekly and daily all inclusive rates. A 25% deposit non-refundable is required to confirm any booking which you can pay securely through PayPal and the balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. We will also require a damage/holding deposit of £150 which we will return to you once the letting period is over, all keys have been returned and inspection of the property has been completed.
